1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Blueprint Tomorrow’s websites, retirement planning tools, interactive planning experiences, reports, educational materials, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
2. About Blueprint Tomorrow
Blueprint Tomorrow, LLC provides internet-based retirement planning tools designed to help users understand retirement income, spending, taxes, healthcare costs, account funding, investment assumptions, and other factors that may affect a retirement plan. The Services may include free and paid planning tools, educational materials, interactive calculations, reports, investment-related functionality, and Blueprint Operating System and Support (“BOSS”) features. Features and availability may vary by plan, state, or eligibility.
3. Investment Advisory Status
Blueprint Tomorrow, LLC is developing an internet-based retirement planning and investment advisory service. Until Blueprint Tomorrow’s applicable investment adviser registration becomes effective, the website and its planning tools are provided for educational and planning purposes and should not be understood as investment advisory services offered by a registered investment adviser. If and when Blueprint Tomorrow becomes registered as an investment adviser, personalized investment advisory services will be provided through Blueprint Tomorrow’s interactive website in accordance with applicable law. Blueprint Tomorrow personnel will not provide individualized investment recommendations outside the interactive website.
4. Educational and Planning Information
Unless and until otherwise provided through a legally available registered investment advisory service, information presented through the Services is intended for educational and retirement-planning purposes. Blueprint Tomorrow does not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice. Users should consult appropriately qualified professionals regarding their individual legal, tax, accounting, or other professional needs.
5. Planning Estimates and Assumptions
The Services use information provided by users together with assumptions, formulas, estimates, projections, tax rules, market-related assumptions, and other planning inputs. Retirement projections are inherently uncertain. Actual investment returns, inflation, taxes, healthcare costs, Social Security benefits, interest rates, spending, longevity, laws, and other circumstances may differ materially from the assumptions used in a Blueprint. No projection, illustration, calculation, scenario, or report is a guarantee of future results. Users are responsible for reviewing the information they enter and for determining whether the assumptions used are appropriate for their circumstances.
6. Investment Risk
Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Investment yields, income, prices, distributions, and returns may change. Any investment-related information displayed by the Services should be evaluated in light of the user’s complete financial circumstances, objectives, risk tolerance, time horizon, and applicable laws.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for reviewing information you enter into the Services, protecting your account credentials, reviewing generated planning results for accuracy and reasonableness, updating your information when appropriate, and obtaining professional assistance when needed. You may not interfere with the operation or security of the Services, attempt unauthorized access, misuse the Services, or use the Services in violation of applicable law.
8. Accounts and Access
Certain Services may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Blueprint Tomorrow may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Services, Blueprint Tomorrow, or others; enforce these Terms; address suspected fraud or misuse; or comply with applicable law.
9. Third-Party Services
Blueprint Tomorrow may use or integrate with third-party providers for functions such as hosting, payments, communications, analytics, artificial intelligence functionality, security, infrastructure, and other operational services. Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the terms or policies of those providers. Blueprint Tomorrow is not responsible for third-party websites, services, products, or content that it does not control.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how Blueprint Tomorrow collects, uses, protects, and shares information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Intellectual Property
The Services and their content, including software, calculations, designs, graphics, text, reports, processes, trademarks, logos, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Blueprint Tomorrow and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Blueprint Tomorrow grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their personal, lawful purposes. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, scrape, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected portions of the Services except as permitted by law or with Blueprint Tomorrow’s written permission.
12. Service Availability and Changes
Blueprint Tomorrow may update, improve, modify, add, or discontinue features of the Services from time to time. Blueprint Tomorrow does not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that the Services will operate without interruption or error.
13. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Blueprint Tomorrow does not guarantee that use of the Services will produce a particular retirement outcome, investment result, tax result, level of income, rate of return, or financial outcome. Users remain responsible for their financial decisions and for determining whether and how to act on information produced through the Services.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blueprint Tomorrow, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blueprint Tomorrow’s aggregate liability for claims arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the amount the user paid Blueprint Tomorrow for the applicable Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blueprint Tomorrow, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
17. Changes to These Terms
Blueprint Tomorrow may update these Terms as the Services, business, or legal requirements change. When these Terms are materially updated, the revised version will be posted with an updated effective date.
